Where it Began

The Islam religion began in Mecca. It was founded by Muhammad either in the late 400s or early 600s.

Islam began in Saudi Arabia (Mecca and Medina city) when phrophet Mohammad first received vision from Allah through the angel (Jibril or Gabriel) in Hira cave. The first vision that Mohammad received, known as surah Al-Alaq, was when the angel asked him to "Read in the name of Allah". Mohammad couldn't read, but with Allah's help, he could read. That's when Mohammad knew that through surah Al-Alaq articles, he was a phrophet and Islam began, which makes all the old religions which are not, perfect to be perfect in one name, Islam. The Qur'an contains all the information that people should know to live their life the right way. The Qur'an is life guidance for Islam people where we can find Allah's regulation to get the best quality for their life.

Religious Practices

They Shave the babies head, then weigh the hair and how ever much the hair weighs then thats the value of how much they give it in gold to the poor. The Islam people must pay tribute to Mecca at least once in their life time. They all must wear the same thing which is a white robe

to know that they are equal people.

as perfectly as they say that Allah did.

Their Gods

Hadith (or Hadeeth).
The Qur'an is the most sacred text,
as it is believed to be the literal word of God as revealed to Muhammad.
